Phantom Termiticide USE DIRECTIONS FOR SURTERRANEAN TERMITE CONTROL:

In order to maximize the termite potency of Phantom Termiticide in post contruction treatments it should be applied in mannor to provide a continuous chmical barrier to prevent termites from attacking the wood to be protected. Phantom Termiticide shall be used as a post- contruction treatment only. Application as a pre-construction treament is not permitted.

The objective of soil treatments with Phantom Termiticide is to eatablish a treated barrier (horizontal and/or vertical as needed) between the wood and other cellulose material in the structure and the termite populations in the soil. Treatment standards for subterranean termite control may vary due to state/ local regulations, treatment procedures, soil types, contruction practices and other factors. Follow all federal, state, and local regulations, and treatment standards for protection of a structure from subterranean termites. Observe industry good management practices.

Use a 0.125% dilution of Phantom Termiticide for typical treatment situations. Use a 0.25% dilution of Phantom Termiticide when severe infestations occur.

Where aerial infestations or above- ground nests are detected within the structure, supplemental treatments to control termites in the structure, use of termite baits, and / or sturctural repairs to deprive the termites of a moisture source may be needed.

Phantom Termiticide Post construction soil treatment

General Dirctions for Soil Treatments:

Do not make treatment beneath slab or similar floorings until the locations of heat or air conditioning vents, water and sewer lines, and electrical lines/ conduits are known and identified. Use extreme cautions to avoid puncutring and contaminationg these utilities.

For applications made after the final grade is installed, the applicator much trebch and rod into the trench or trench along the foundation and around pillars and other foundation elements. at a rate prescribed from grate to the top of the footing. When footing is more that four (4) feet below grade, the applicator must trench and rod into the trench or trench along the foundation walls at the rate prescribed to a minimum depth of four (4) feet. The actual depth of treatment will vary depending on soil type, degree of compaction, and location of termite activity. when the top of the footing is exposed, the applicator must treat teh soil adhacent to the footing to a depth not to exceed the bottom of the footing: dig a trench alongside the footing taking care not to undermine the footing. However, in no case should a struture be treated below the footing.

Phantom Termiticide Treatment of Structures with Wells or Cisterns:

Structures with wells/ cistermsn inside foundations: Do not apply Phamton Termiticide within 5 feet of any well or cistern brodding and / or trenching or by the backfilled method only. Infrested and / or damaged wodd should be replaced or repaired.

General Information

Phantom is inteded for use by individisls/ firms licensed or registered by the state to apply termiticude and general pest control products as a spot or crack abd crevuce spary for residual pest conttol. Premitted areas of use inlufed but are not limited to:

Insied houses, apattments or other residential strutures, and non- food/ feed handling areas of commrcial instituiopnal and warehousing establishments, such as shool, groceries and supermarkets. restaurants and cafeterias, hotels and motels, hospitals and hursing homes, warehouses and industrial budilings, laboratories, zoos, pet shops, computer facilities, and sewers.

• Non- food/ feed areas are areas such as garbage rooms, labatories, floor drains (to severs), entries, and vestibules, offices, locker rooms, machine rooms, boiler rooms, garages mop closets and storage.


• Do not use in food/ feed areas of good handling establishments.
